Actually lined up to go to a local event next week which I'm stoked about, and even got my next door neighbor to join who is also recently gotten into buy and hold rentals as well, and is from Iowa, so looking to "learn up" with him and hopefully can leverage his knowledge to get access to folks in that area.I would really like to make the Seattle area work so that I could check in, especially during rehab phase, but I'm not opposed to letting things go, which is all a function of finding good people on the other end to do their job and be able to understand the market from afar and make sure you are actually getting a good deal.
