Many of these HOA Boards are run by morons who love abusing the sliver of power they're bestowed, but they can be kept in check by 1) knowing your local statutes and 2) learning the by-laws for recalling them.

These are the most abused and misused contracts in real estate!

But washers and dryers break when they are abused and tenants will abuse them.

The next tenant in that house will get a monthly "meet and greet" until I feel secure that they aren't abusing the house.

Some can be abusive and others negligent.

I am not talking about traffic violations, I am talking about drug possession / intent to sell, domestic abuse, things like that.

These people harrass my women tenants with name calling and sexual innuendo - I have written to the owner many times about the BS with his tenants but not much seems to change.
