Most likely, once you evict them, you will have to hold onto their belongings for 7 days and allow them reasonable access to retrieve them.

For some unknown reason the owner while living there had removed all the electric wiring by cutting holes in all the walls and ceiling to retrieve the wiring.Years ago I went to a foreclosure sale where somebody, nobody knows for sure who, burnt the house to the ground a couple days before the foreclosure sale.
