All year round North Conway and Jackson host monthly activities like Apple picking, Pumpkin carving, Host all the Major Holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Halloween, Turkey Trots, Winter Ice plunges and more.

I would look into buying a condo and renting out the rooms to midterm renter like traveling nurses.

I find it better to research in person and ask people in the community to trully determine the feel for a school, specifically mothers. 

My retired mother has a cleaning service and lives close as well.

Are you saying I can find professional long term  house mates  or travel nurses in those areas? 

Plus 3 hospitals, colleges, nursing schools, etc.

He lost his job and his mother is currently paying for the rent.

I would like to rent it out to traveling nurses or corporate rentals since there is a very large Navy Base there and also 2 hospitals.

I was looking at doing a combination of LTR and MTR/STR (to travel nurses/business people) to have a little better cash flow.
