Running as a mid-term rental for nurses and their pets.

You could go many different ways with rentals such as student housing, section 8, targeting specific renters such as traveling nurses/doctors.

I'm going staff in early April as the travel nurse market is dead in terms of the pay.  

If you can I’d recommend house hacking and doing live in flips and just keep buying homes out here in LA and then renting out your homes to traveling nurses or executives.

I am curious about those who rent a room on Furnished Finders (like to travel nurses) in their private home. 

Have you looked into extended stay STR for 31 days and over for corporate rentals and people on short term assignments and contracts such as engineers, doctors, nurses, etc. that travel and stay for 3, 6 or 12 months only? 

In Houston, Tx we get traveling nurses, divorced parents wanting to be close to kids, students, traveling professionals, and just people looking for a way to budget their life.

I never earned more than $60k, my wife made $100k her last year of being a nurse in 2020 with 40 years of experience.

Great neighborhoods and residents/traveling nurses would be the main target as far as renters.
