There is so much to learn and I am grateful for your reply.

It just seems like there will be many that fail to file their report and I just can't see the government really going after tiny businesses for so much money for something that is so easy to forget to do.

Now I look at these STRs and I see the overall returns with property management built in and wonder why everyone is so down. 

There is so much content and to have it spelled out like this is simply amazing. 

After all they are leasing the entire property as is so they are assuming that doing a build out isn't going to cost them anything more in rent.

It is such an incredibly simple addition it makes no sense that this is so complicated.

Baselane is so easy to use I can do it all myself for my 5 properties, and believe me, I am no bookkeeping whiz! 

Investing is so neighborhood specific that a general mentor would only provide basic information that is free on any podcast or social media. 

Is it OK for the operating company to claim depreciation for the properties that are owned by the holding company.This situation could cause major passive loss issues depending on your situation.Scott Smith has refused to weigh in on this “difference” and has since referred me to a CPA who is so busy that I won’t be able to speak to him on the phone until May.
