My appraisal came in significantly lower than I expected (only a 5% increase from the value the property was appraised at 4 years ago, in spite of values generally increasing 40-50%).

@Nathan G.Do you mean it's unfortunate that these people are paid only $10 an hour in spite of the fact that they have Masters degrees or do you mean that these managers should rather hire local people, in which case they'd only have to pay them "slightly" more or both?

In spite of the surge in jobs in March, total payrolls are still 8.4 million short of where they peaked pre-COVID (with the leisure & hospitality sector, all by itself, accounting for 3.1 million of that deficit).

(Usually would advise not letting current PM go until you've got another PM waiting in the wings to take over as daily PM tasks are often set aside in spite of being fired- including rent collection in some cases!)
