Be sure to check out some of the local restaurants, and Grujo's off of Emory is a very good German place if you want to branch out!

The other gentleman is a mutual contact of my German friend that has agreed to invest with us.

"C" might have severe phobias that keep her from sleeping at night, but a large german shepherd helps her feel safe and allows her to sleep.

@Johann Jells  and as a matter of fact and not germane to rent control but I wonder as a matter of course.But Napa finally put its foot down about 15 years or so ago.. you cant rip out forest land on the hillsides anymore for vineyards. very very tough.  

Our new tenants (a newlywed couple) moved in yesterday with their two dogs - a German Shepherd (10 y.o) and a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix (5 y.o.).
