I was born and raised there, so I am very familiar with flood and wind damage from hurricanes.

Also, Zimmer & Rens, a law office, is very familiar with these types of scenarios--they work with many, many local investors.

So I think in order to pin this down we'd have to have someone intimately familiar with the various factors at play weigh in, especially demographics and market trends in the individual price points. 

I'm also open to the Southshore but am a lot less familiar with the areas except for Brockton.
