But I would think somewhere around $150-200 is a good start for one film, always ask for referrals, and if you think you can get away with charging more then do so but only after you gain a client base and in increments.Good luck!

Just referring to loopnet there were 9 properties but those quickly disappeared and Missoula it self is currently at record low vacancy rates. your best bet would probably be new construction but seeing as that might not be an option i would reach out to some local realtors or brokers that have access to unlisted properties.Yes the yellow stone crew was here in town filming over different locations.

You MIGHT get away with filming such action, asking the tenant to sign, having him refuse on film.
