United Airlines has announced possible layoffs of 36,000 employees, American Airlines has noted 25,000 employees, and 17,000 Delta employees have already agreed to receive buyouts or early retirement packages.

I'm guessing he started with less and it hasn't been a hundred years, so I'm not sure what you are going to do will out perform the portfolio to date.Growing with mortgages and growing with cash purchases does not provide a hugely significant delta on growth.

@Carolyn Fuller so my ADU is located in a working class neighborhood and we are stones throw away from the delta where there are major events like the Bass Fishing annual tour and walking distance to the local stock car events.

And buyers understand.. so we set the price so if lumber comes back to earth we will still keep the pricing and hopefully will pick up some delta..
