Is your cousin picking finishes, keeping track of contractors and payment,  arranging deliveries etc?

The mail carrier has attempted delivery twice and now the mail piece is on its way back to me, "unclaimed."

I'm interested in a remote-access system so that people can buzz in deliveries even if they're not home since we don't have a doorman (and packages get stolen all the time here if left on the steps).

As a newbie landlord I appreciate all the advice especially those who were a bit more tactful in their delivery, lol.  

Long story short, we found out about the actual puppy within two hours of its delivery to their new owners (our tenants).

They had major issues with lead times and hitting their deliveries which was annoying, but we have also experienced an issue with the large sliding window in our master bedroom (seems a seal exposure/draft issue) already within a year or so.So I won't be buying Crestline again, maybe not fair but that's my data point...

If that's not successful, then hand delivery to another person at the residence of suitable age and mailing first class.
