Or they say stuff like, "hey I too have been to Italy, and hey my mom also is in a wheeled chair (I was a robotics researcher making paraplegic people walk again through robotics) and I know someone from Suriname too... "  they know EVERYTHING about me.

The main things I am thinking about here are large furniture - beds, sofas, tables, chairs.

EX: remote workers need a desk and comfortable chair.

They didn't even finish taking out the bulk items which included a leftover chair and table and chairs.  

So just remember the "law" is much more than what is written in the actual legislation, and also remember arm chair lawyers wind up in jail or with fines because they think they can accurately interpret the law better than lawyers.

Special note, if there are chairs left behind with a sticker on the bottom that says "XYZ Chair company," you're obligated to contact the chair company to investigate if it's their property.

We thought of adding a barbeque, a table and chairs, and a fire pit. 

I have seen these with social conscience come and go.. we are going to keep the homeowner in the house why would they not.. well we all think that from our easy chair and basically stable life. however homeowners in foreclosure are in max stress for a number of reasons.. and my experience and granted its only a couple hundred deals were i bought homes in foreclosure.. folks living there have best intentions but life just gets in the way.. so in my mind your buying the asset and if for some reason they pay then great.but don't go into these thinking your going to save people.. go into them with the idea your going to own the house.. and be prepared for that. also I am not sure why folks take all that work and risk for a few extra bps  when perfectly good performing notes will return close to the same return.. without all the hassle work and drama. 

My cleaning team provides this at an extra cost my issue is unless I have a guest checking in after one has checked out, things such as pool toys and lounge chairs would get ruined by the desert sun if someone checks in like 3-4 days later.

The truth is, it is unlikely to gain that large of a foothold because most people with an IQ above 75 know that the government is about to ensure they get over 100% of their usual income in the next couple of months and they won't have any justification for not paying rent.Sure, there will be some idiots joining the movement and not paying rent so they can upgrade their Xbox controller or gaming chair, maybe smoke a little more weed, or get some nice spinner rims for their 1994 Honda Civic.
