You could do some of the things recommended above but for climbers, put some pictures of the cliffs or climbing action shots in your listing photos, offer discounts to climbers, advertise on climbing websites like mountain project, New England climber FB groups, in climbing gyms in Boston, CT, NYC, AMC or other climbing groups, etc.
