Looking for a quality database system where I can store all the contacts I meet at RE events, agents, contractors, tenants, and categorize them by area, specialties, etc. I would also like to use the database...

I only want to utilize the most common app across Android and Apple.

Was wondering,  does anyone happen to know of an Android app calculator similar to the BP one?

Download app to both devices, activate an account on the one to be used as camera, sign in on the monitoring device & you're done.There is also an app for the android but with so many of the kids iPhones floating around I haven't bothered to review it.

I have my favorites from Google such as Maps, Drive, Sheets, and Docs (can you tell I'm an Android user?).  

Also if you have an Android phone, try looking up "FlowCast Pro" to find a cash flow app - doesn't keep track of income/ expenses but can help make quick calculations about cash flow potential when looking for new properties to buy. just a disclaimer: I'm the developer of the FlowCast Pro app so I'm a little partial to it.

Most people can't even or barely afford luxuries like expensive smart phones (Android's) and tablet computers (like my Asus Prime) so how are they going to afford the luxury of a technologically advanced house?

I listen to them on my android phone through an app.
