@Lee Huffman, i know this post is ancient, but I was wondering if you have found a decent GC here in Fayetteville.

I'm wondering if anyone is cashflowing from properties they recently purchased that aren't ancient, torn up, or in awful areas.  

Found a guy who does a lot of hotels, but the guy looks ancient.

I have already put a new heat pump in it, removing the ancient central air and gas heat.  

I spent a good portion of my growing up there, but that is ancient history.
