Next we are going to see it on all this crazy "creative finance" that is going around where people are buying or selling via seller finance to those who are unqualified... plus i am a firm believer that many who get into these deals fib about the accredited investor status and of course is there not a carve out in some of these offerings that allow a small number of non accredited. ?
