They had 270+ days to take action, but they didn't.

So far, I think one of my biggest lesson on 2024 is that I finally I decided to take an action and started looking for my first real-state property. 

What would be a good actionable for you now is to visit open houses in areas you think you like and starting talking with Listing Agents at those homes.

The initial action is more like a lis pendens in function I think.

The good news?

Having this will provide focus and intentionality in your actions.

I would also keep in mind that very often it is not so much the decision itself but the decision maker that determines the success of a course of action.

You would be shocked (maybe you wouldn't) at how the posters who reverse troll try to make it like it was just a simple question (with bullet points and a soft call-to-action).

Interestingly I don’t see any legislation or legal action against REAL wholesaling, which is purchasing a property at a wholesale price and immediately selling it a a retail or higher than wholesale price.
