On paper other areas of the city have much higher cashflow but they come with their fair share of hassles.    

They also were willing to share their information on the status of their current fund offering 24%. 

Has anyone used something similar in the past they can recommend or share?

When I list this asset on my PFS, I list the value of my ownership units, not the gross value of the real estate and my “share” of debt.
