Not because they are bad goals, per se, but they are growth oriented, not good deal oriented.  

When I hear that said to me it sounds like a brush under the rug because facts don’t want to be considered.

Any information about the surrounding areas, recreational or real estate orientated would be really useful.

They are very community-oriented and do not want big businesses in their "city".

Call your local HA and ask if they have a landlord orientation.
