They allow their anger to fuel their inaction, which is completely irrational, but happens all the time as well.Like any major life stressor, it compounds until the person has run out of time, and it is too late to do anything about it.Sometimes when a Seller is approached with a low offer, it only fuels their rage against the process. 

It's about building a business, so focus on building the perfect business, the perfect income, being the best at getting deals, or being known as the guy that somehow finds pigs when no one else can, or fuel your hobby by doing more deals so you can toss it all away into cars, houses, or other business ideas, pick something that floats your boat.

I actually moved back in with my parents for a couple years to increase my savings rate, I was fortunate that they were cool with it and that we got along well.Some people will also flip some single family homes to fuel their income for their bigger multi-family investments , you can do this but I don’t recommend it.

Pretty much comes down to the environmental certs. 12,000 plus square feet, new rubber roof, new dry sprinkler system, 50 foot ceilings, 600 amp 208/120 3 phase power, supplied by 3 pole pigs in a wye.

This is in a brand new energy efficient building and unit, which I know will hold low 60's on even the hottest of days....they must have it set to north pole...
