I have a tenant that gave me their 30 day notice yesterday, which was cause for some serious celebration.

Banks aren't exactly think tanks, the culture is to stay within the lines, dont take risks. 

You should mark your calender with the day that it happend, so that you can celebrate it every year like christmas or something.

Hello BP,I received a postcard to attend the NYC Flip Fest with Bravo, Hgtv and A&E celebrities like Fredrik Eklund, Doug Hopkins, Dave Seymour & Peter Souhleris, Christina & Tarek El Moussa!

Given that frugality has been the key to building my portfolio, my BP celebrity crush (come on, we all have one) would have to be Scott Trench.

This area is defined by a glut of housing built to relatively high standards back in the day that needs rehab, very high new-construction costs, and a shrinking population culturally unashamed of thrift that isn't willing to pay the big bucks for premium housing because they know they can do better.

I can recommend one that has done work for some known celebrities.

Employee reviews about culture/working there on Glassdoor seem overall very bad having not so great things to say about management/CEO/etc.
