I am trying to avoid this motel-like situations and careless behavior when they think “hey, we don’t care about the place, we are leaving tomorrow anyway”.Most of my bookings are 2 day vacations. 3 day stays are about 20%, 4 day - 10% and yes, we do have reservations for a week which is about 3%.

@Carlos Asuaje while the parents may be the ones footing the bill, they are not there to watch over and monitor their kid's behavior/actions.It is extremely important to heavily screen all applicants.

If your phone went off, you had to come up to the stage and do the chicken dance—that is junior high behavior and many of us did not consider it funny.All in all I WOULD NOT recommend this 3-day ordeal to anyone.
