They didn't start leaving drug bags and needles after they found out you moved in.I'm not saying I enjoy neighborhoods like that, but what makes you think that just because YOU finally bought property in the area that things need to suddenly change??

The punch hole items were expected: missing light bulb, some trash on back porch that was already in the bag, one outlet cover missingThe 2nd time they came out they found a whole new set of items not in "compliance" once again.

There is NO WAY I would buy a property without an inspection, by that point you (and likely others) have viewed the property so that cat is already out of the bag. 

That doesn't solve your "offer before viewing" challenge but it does allow you to authentically make multiple offers in quick succession that are valid during the offer period.   

look at Hushpuppy .. jsut B/C people have pod cast or are on pod cast like BP extra there is no vetting of the folks.. its entertainment.. but for some reason folks take that as a verification of authenticity or success.. 

I usually carry a Leatherman Juice in my bag and up until recently a Victorinox One-Handed Forester in my jean pocket.

Many of these "buyers" default and the seller is left holding the bag.

He even had paperwork from the township to prove it which we confirmed ourselves with the town was authentic.

Our strongest assets are our people and their cultures.... the number of authentic ethnic establishments.
