As I take loans, I am using up collateral and I am collateralizing the accrued interest.

I am using the rule to screen properties.

I am used to keeping a check register where I input checks & deposits, (like in quicken/quickbooks), but with the new way of doing things by downloading transactions, I can't wrap my mind around how to keep track of pending transactions and account reconcilations to know my actual account balance.

I am using saved funds so I am not worried about interest per say.
