For you, if you get a salespersons license, you will have to affiliate with a broker (just as David correctly pointed out).

If you wish to transact as an agent in other states, you will have to go through a licensed state agent OR you can sit for that test exam and then affiliate with a broker in said-state.

I like Cody and Co.Its not my main network &/or mentoring/info gathering source (I didn't pay for the mentoring and am not in contact with them personally, but I hope to be when I can partner with them), BUT I find the info and people affiliated with that system to be good stuff!!
