It seems this is a scam going on in the area with fake property manager signing leases on properties they do not manage, taking deposit and rents and disappearing.

If SB321 gets passed the inventory will become even harder to find sending prices skyrocketing and when they eventually do release the inventory it will be unaffordable for more owner occ. as well as less appealing to investors as the cashflow will decrease if not disappear all together.

I've had a few signs mysteriously disappear in the past.
