The allure is really the bars so the comment about parties is accurate - but there are already so many properties that cater to bachelor/ette groups... paired with the fact that big events like Barrett Jackson and the Phoenix Open are going to look a lot different in 2021, I just don't know.

Chicago - Southside Market

Welcome others input but the indications I first got were that neighborhoods in the southside but more towards the northern portion like Westlawn, bronzeVille, Washington Park and Jackson Park, were thought to be more upwardly trending than those a further south.

How do yall feel about buying a rental property all cash?

If we all agree the success of return property is objectively measured by IRR and return of equity then financing is the best.If we buy in Palo Alto/Cupertino in 2010 like what Jay always like :P then our Return of equity is 4000%If you invest the same money elsewhere with cash you may only get the same house in Jackson,MS that perhaps only has 10% IRR.So to answer this question, one must use maths rather than opinion, it's very simple math actually: from your invested dollar how much is the return :)The gov is throwing at you 20K to make a million.
