Check with a local manufactured home dealer that does land home packages-they will know, as will the local building inspector!

Drug dealers with angry dogs?

I even had a drug dealer ask me for more security protection. 

We spoke to a plethora of dealerships who all added a $5K Dealer Market Adjustment on top of the MSRP.One dealership stated it was due to bc a shortage (they had 20+ Kia Sportages and Sorrentos on their lot).

I got the Buffalo keyword notice, and was going to tag @Matthew Irish-Jones but see he already responded with some A++ feedback. 

A TIC can be a security issue, corporate entities and more than 3 parties, depending on the structure and as mentioned passive relationships, however, in the confines of small investor/dealers or operators, these issues can be avoided.

It is simple math to figure out if you should lease or buy but the big difference when you ask the dealer to delineate the numbers is what they call the Money Factor. 

The building isn't the safest and I have had gangs/drug dealers make threats in the past but I don't carry a gun or any other type of weapon when visiting the property.
