Only bad things i can see from it is there is a old coal Octopus furnace that's had a gas furnace added on to it (so the coal part is no long working) and there are some old cast iron pipes still in use in the house.

Sort of off subject but worth a mention, in this same bath we had hot water baseboard heat and decided to take it a step farther so we put a new cast iron tub back in, but before installation we added a heating element on the exterior wall behind the tub which turns what would be cold tub in the winter to a toasty heater, works great.

Coming from me this is a bit ironic because I am always full-throttle 3-4 things going on at once but looking back I would have benefited by taking a chill-pill and focusing more.
