The breakeven price in the trade is the strike price ($20) minus the premium collected ($1.65) = $18.35.

This made the tenants upset.The tenants are saying they are unable to wash their clothes and they going to rent strike. 

I heard on the news today that there is a movement in New York (who knows if it's other places, too - but, probably is) for renters to go "on strike." 

I paid a garage door guy $425 last year to install mine after a lightning strike fried the old one.

I'm sure in some areas there are people who raise the average- especially cities where they push the rent strike narrative and aren't evicting for months giving non-payers fuel to be negligent. 

However, I was thinking of striking up one of these deals on my while fixing my credit at the same time.

Unfortunately, like all sales, it is a patience game and striking at the right time.  

I am looking at possibly rebuilding if I can strike a deal with my lender and get an SBA disaster loan.
