I feel this is excellent value for the following reasons:- This has saved us tens of thousands in taxes paid- We were audited by the IRS last year, they represented us and closed the audit with no changes, since they had been handling our taxes for yeasr it was a slam dunk for them- The growing complexity of the tax code is something I neither want to nor am capable of keeping up withThere about 1,000,000 things I'd rather do than prepare my taxes (I'd rather be replacing toilets or getting a root canal).

Usually that is the result of using a cleaner that has a soap base which builds up over tile or using the no rinse cleaner(no such thing) or using one of the wet swiffer mops which leaves tremendous buildup over time.

I did a walk through the day after recieveing the letter and   Notice a musty mold smell, rust & soap scum in both showers, a few scuff marks on the walls, dirty kids hand prints on the lower corner  end of one wall, broken towel bar, one broken blind and fleas.

But I guess if the cause for the flood was a pipe that burst then the damage ultimately caused by the flooding would be covered as the root cause of the water damage is a burst pipe.
