Regarding the rebuilding, once you know how the claim amount is and what needs to be repaired you could check with a property manager or construction manager in that area to see what the cost to handle the rebuild.

They are re building a few different components but I am to pay for a sizeable hole put in our wall to access the leak and the materials needed to patch. for clarification, the house had a gas stove which was replaced with an electrical stove.
