There is a general rule used by many that says if you spend a dollar and are at least getting a dollar back then keep doing it because you are breaking even but expanding brand presence.

Because I did not have any website nor an online presence, the homeowners I have encountered would think twice about me because I did not present my company (ORuiz Investments) as legitimate. 

Any half-way decent home inspector would have noticed the missing head flashing over the windows and also would have pulled back the vinyl siding at a lap joint to look for the presence of the required Weather Resistant Barrier or WRB aka Tyvek.

Like with anything, I would recommend searching them online to see what their online presence and reviews are like. 

I'm assuming this is not a secret bank and they have an online presence where their address is listed and is easy to locate.

The risk appears very low given the guarantee (the presence of the auth), so I would think the interest rate could be fairly low as well.

Hi @Josie Stephens - I have been listening to the Rent to Retirement podcast recently and they have a big presence in the Akron market and I even saw some of the renovations on those properties and they are turnkey ready.
