I don't know if Covid is the ONLY issue that matter, but I do agree it's going to push people to look the other way while a whole lot of other important issues get swept under the rug.

I have 3 kids and it’s my wife and myself.Some time soon all of those little rug rats are gonna be wanting cars and then going to college.

Also, beware of school boundaries if the hot neighborhoods are more "established families" oriented.

During one of our evictions the tenants stole two new rugs we had placed in the bedrooms. 

Think about it- the tenant moves out...oh no, the rugs need to be replaced!

Meaning put down rugs or other type things to help with noise if an issue. 

As stated, these are highly trained animals, generally mature dogs with goos dispositions, there are not the rug chewing, wall clawing, molding chewing dogs from where ever.

Because, let me tell you from first hand experience, students love project-oriented work.

However, in my experience they still disappoint me from time to time.My theory is that the ones that have the skill set that makes them great at detail oriented work (i.e. framing, tile, trim, etc) rarely have the additional and completely different skill set of business skills (i.e. communication, scheduling, and money management). 

Kiavi has invested a lot in technology and branding, but at the end of the day you probably are going to want a more personal service-oriented experience (a real human being!)
