And since I didn’t share mine here goes:1) work out 250 days of the year. 2) begin to create daily REI videos I.e YouTube channel 3) Create semi weekly REI podcast 4) Help do 85 in office transactions.5) Help REI coaching clients do an additional 50 transactions. 6) Give 25,000$ to my alma matters for donations. 7) Take two memorable vacations with my wife and newborn. 8) Keep a weekly journal to give to my son 9) Provide substaial and beneficial support to those who ask through service. 10) To hold up to my expectations of doing business as person of faith, spirituality, intergrity, and moral character.

Very odd that some people thought it was so morally important that we all pay to bail out a car industry that has been failing for years, yet it’s perfectly fine to impose financially devastating decisions on individuals with no time given for them to adjust while no one would even imagine giving them a tax payer subsidy.

4 things may happen.1) He sobers up and continues on as he is.2) He goes to prison and you have to deal with that.3) He has an accident and he/someone gets hurt and he can't live there anymore.4) Nothing and he continues living like he is.You have to decide what your tolerance level is.I would talk to him and put something in writing (after speaking to an attorney) about breaking of a moral or societal clause if you have one.

@Chris Mason I'm all for financial education in HS but at the same time I think we parents need to accept responsibility for educating our kids in the most important realms: spiritually, morally, relationally and financially.

Yes financially it will only cost you one month of rent to relocate them, but morally the fact that you have to pay someone to move out of your property is not right.
