They provide a lot of training, resources, education, and coaching in my brokerage, and the additional culture emphasis I believe is what puts them ahead of other agencies.

I've been working for almost 5 years now for a global business consulting firm.

Second, I think less emphasis needs to be put on activity points.

You'd be looking at a 1 hour + commute to midtown in all these areas and crime might still be an issue depending on the block.Then again, a rising tide raises all boats so I can see good appreciation in all these areas over the next 5 years as Brooklyn 'the brand' continues to go global.

Borrowing up to the hilt is what led to the Global Financial Crisis less than 10 years ago, and is still the cause for some countries being in imminent danger of Bankruptcy!

Thus my emphasis on surrounding yourself with an A-Class mentor and team in the months to come.Don't start if you don't think you can't stick to it for years to come, fall and get up again,  and if your reason "WHY" isn't super solid to prevent you from giving up.

They are a global company and we aren't very far into our agreement but they handled the furnishing of the condo for me and the remaining renovations that I was unable to complete the management of during my last visit.
