The usual routine and the usual cast of characters, having to quickly make assessments and figure out who might be acceptable as a tenant on behavioral grounds if the application was financially strong.

I have one location that routinely attracts young professionals and they consistently are great tenants. 

For us, English speaking family members do prove helpful in bridging the communication gap for many routine, less serious communications.

Additionally it allows for routine sprucing up of units, paint, fixtures etc.

Money was something to be budgeted and used to live on with occasional indulgences or escapes from the routine.

Anyway, I have since found out that the tenants have been evicted before, so I'm sure they know the routine.  

My eviction attorney routinely gets a money judgment along with the judgment for possession, he does it all at the same time.
