My husband is active duty Air Force and we are currently stationed in Japan, and I am a stay at home mom (both of our girls are currently in school ages 9 & 6).

But real estate allowed my wife to ditch employment, be a stay at home mom, went back to school, since we had income to do it.Currently, my older girl is graduating college, and my younger one is starting.

The last girl child is getting married in May of this year so all the kids will be out of our pockets after that.

I was 25, just graduated from nursing school, had a decent job, was engaged to a girl that wanted lots of kids and to be a stay at home mom, wanted a house, and this and that and a little of that too.

My girls are young right now.

Playing basketball, football, talking to girls, working on a car/bike is fine.

They pretend to be a good guy/girl because they can "pay cash" when in reality, they're quickly flipping the contract to someone else and sometimes completely screwing the end user in the process.

If you search for a national number on the number of housing units available vs the number of people looking for housing, there are always plenty of units available.The problem is everyone wants to live where they want to live...near their family, near their favorite job, near the beach/lake/mountains, etc....People have gotten spoiled and entitled.For example, everyone would love to live in San Diego, let's say....great weather, pretty girls, tacos, micro-breweries by the hundreds...But rents are outrageous and home prices are even worse.
