For us that meant drywall and A/C in the garage and turning it into a legit arcade room, and going big on two very nice theme rooms with custom beds, play area, paint job, etc.As far as "turnkey" goes I think you'll find plenty of homes that are "turnkey" in the traditional sense (IE they have nice furniture, are nicely decorated, etc), but it is extremely unlikely that you'll find "turnkey" in terms of a standout home with big theme rooms and whatnot already done.In my year+ of monitoring the Champions Gate market (I still look at it every day even though we've already bought ours) I've never seen one of those homes go up for sale.

Don't try to save a buck by assembling any furniture.  

I do have experience in part time use of a house and you need to buy furniture with the other occupants in mind.

I’ll have my investment for rehab and furniture back in the first year.  

They bought furniture from thrift stores , had a fire pit out back and drank beer .

They were flexible with blocks for maintenance and staging for the new ones, and one of their maintenance guys even helped me swap out furniture in one of the units.

Just toss some furniture in, snap a few photos and BOOM money in your pocket.

When I close on the property, I'm going to repaint it, install furniture, etc. 

Hi everyone, I just purchased a 2nd home/rental condo a few weeks back and am in the process of fixing it up and bringing in furniture, etc.
