If you want to just pay money you should dollar-cost average invest in index funds (same amount at fixed time intervals no matter how market is doing).Russ, I totally agree.  

Documents can be mis-indexed, etc. so I would not recommend using this as a basis of purchasing/wholesaling a lien-free property, nothing replaces an attorney's title exam. 

Maximize your savings and buy some no-load index funds if the money has 3yr plus time horizons. 

I don't have the brains for it (outside of investing in broad market index funds).

An adjustment allows the lender to adjust the rate to an index at that period of time.  

My investments in index funds are doing very very well.

The API shall be calculated as follows: The percentage difference between the Price Index published for the month of August of the year prior to the expiration date of the lease or termination of the tenancy and the Price Index for the prior August, using the RPI or the CPI, whichever is less (See definition of Price Index).

Look at other investments methods to help that 11k expand faster - maybe index funds (or crypto - yes it's volatile, but over time... wow...)

They look at the historical performance of the a market or an index (like the Dow Jones, S&P 500, Wilshire 1000, etc.), average the annual return over a long period, and subtract typical broker fees.

I'm not ruling out "operator error" by any means, but there's a strong chance there's some glitches.The "how-to" has also been challenging as everything is in video format and not indexed, so you have to contact customer service for every question.
