If you want to just pay money you should dollar-cost average invest in index funds (same amount at fixed time intervals no matter how market is doing).Russ, I totally agree.

Documents can be mis-indexed, etc. so I would not recommend using this as a basis of purchasing/wholesaling a lien-free property, nothing replaces an attorney's title exam.

I'm not ruling out "operator error" by any means, but there's a strong chance there's some glitches.The "how-to" has also been challenging as everything is in video format and not indexed, so you have to contact customer service for every question.
