There is no mention that there is running water (correction it is a creek) or wildlife.

In my opinion, there is no harm to reach out to anyone and everyone.

As a cash buyer you should certainly want title insurance in case of any past unknown fraud by the seller or prior owners that may come forward in the future to harm your ownership position.

It's sad because if you do an ounce of research you can immediately see that Rent control does more harm to communities than good.Instead of new quality affordable housing that is newer and nicer buildings, we get slums, with landlords having no incentive to keep up the property but just get minimal rent and have trash filled, broken windows, bad tenants, druggies etc who just pay the minimal amount of rent.

Be careful you don’t do more harm than good.

There is almost always a clause in the contract where you agree the PM isn't liable for stuff like this.You really weren't harmed either.

I could understand if there was a legitimate threat or harm being done to the public but I don't believe that is the case, Just as in my case, and many others, we lend to investors.

The reaction to the $710k was "no harm no foul" form the sellers point.  

You should not care whether someone may see it as harming your reputation, jerk-like, etc.

It will take time to evolve, so I see no harm getting in the business.
