Okay my thought process now is this.......should I pay for something (comps) that I feel as though I shouldn't have to pay in order to foster the relationship which could help me gain access to the mls which is invaluable.Hopefully I can get to the point where I know comps for various areas however at this point is there a way to realistically get them except from a realtor?
