We are planning on starting with flipping homes and possibly get involved with rental properties in the future.Having recently adopted our daughters, it is our mission to donate 20% of all our profits to a local organization with the mission of emptying out the foster care system.

Okay my thought process now is this.......should I pay for something (comps) that I feel as though I shouldn't have to pay in order to foster the relationship which could help me gain access to the mls which is invaluable.Hopefully I can get to the point where I know comps for various areas however at this point is there a way to realistically get them except from a realtor?

In turn, we hope this will foster more local conversions.It looks like Wilmington is the only Delaware city-based forum we currently support but we could certainly add others.
