Income at that level doesn't give you any room to breath, just about ANYTHING could figuratively run you over (doctor bill).

Most of them make big bucks as engineers, doctors, directors of marketing, electricians, attorneys, pilots, etc.

You can't "smoke" a personal vaporizer.PVs are getting a bad rep thanks to the pharma companies who lose money on their chemical nicotine delivery systems and from the tobacco companies who are noticing a drop in people buying PVs instead of cigarettes.When I go to my doctor, I take my little PV with me and while I'm waiting for him to come in the exam room, I'll take a puff or two or three, and he never even notices it - and he's a non-smoker.  

There are always military doctors, nurses and tourists wanting STR's in the area because of work, Fiesta, conventions, and the Spurs games!

It is something that needs to be a priority, and just like a high percentage of people that have different jobs (chef, doctor, police officer, nurse, etc.) they do not put investing as a priority. 

Make sure he sees a doctor and considers anti-depressants.
