As much as I wanted to cut ties with this woman, I decided to call her.

I follow building code and believe every woman I know should own assets including real estate.

The two things that stand out (that I'd like some insight on are):1)  The candidate is actually a woman and her sister. 

@Richard C. point taken...though your contract law comparison using Aunt June's musty house and narcotics is a bit of a reach, IMO.I have worked with 4 agents: 1) a woman who persuaded me and my wife to overpay for a house (we were impatient and naive). grade: D- 2) a kind old woman who took a huge hit in commission to help us pay closing costs on the same house when we sold it 4 years later.

She is a sharp, elderly woman who grew up in this house since she was a child. 

A couple is in the larger room paying $700 including utilities and a single woman is in the other room paying $550 plus half utilities which are in her name.
