I would never rely upon {Twitter, Facebook, Instagram} as IMO it's 99% hotair and bravado.Another choice is always to just plainly use google search for applicant's name, eg "Joe Doe"

Plain and pretty simple, if any wholesaler does an assignment deal and makes significantly more than a Realtor without improving the property in any way, they are just a crook, stealing equity.

Buy some adt security signs and stick them on posts in plain view get some fake cameras with led lights ... if it goes on you could pay a local security guard with free fine to wear his uniform and walk up and down the sidewalk for 15$ an hour each Friday or Saturday night for a few weekends till they get spooked and leave

I ran this math myself just now for both monthly and annual numbers and our website is just plain wrong.
