Since I am not greatly familiar with Israeli RE investing, I was looking to somehow invest back in the US (in the New York area where I live now) but hire a mgmt company to watch the property.What I was not sure about is that - does it makes sense to deal with a mgmt company from 6000 miles away - is that INSANE or is there is someone who as a truted advisor who normally gets hired by a RE investor to make sure that the mgmt company is doing what they get paid to do when the owner is out of state (or out of the country) Or does this happen at all.
