A few interesting revenue sources I've found:-Selling tideland rights - locally we have great shellfish, and you can sell *just* the tideland right to large seafood companies, while keeping the use of the property-Selling timber - I found out a local investor just buys vacant lots, logs them, then resells, with all the money in the timber-Selling energy - in some cities, if you have solar panels, you can sell excess energy created back to the cityWhat other creative alternates have you found for getting more money from a property?

The reason being is that any potential plaintiff's attorney can log in online at any one of 50 Secretary of States offices and count the number of buckets in the LLC.

They worked out a deal with the land owner and started an illegal tree cutting / logging operation on the lot.

Another fun fact....that log furniture everyone loves / And this cabin has? 

Just like when I was in the Timber business when Japan was going strong they paid about double for the same logs the local mills were buying for 100 years.. that lasted for about 5 years until their economy crashed but man was it good for those 5 years if you knew what you were doing and could get the logs to the export markets.

I am going to finish building my first project, a large log home, in about a month. 

And before I go further, sincerley, thank you for your service to our country.As I expressed on the call, I may not agree with the way you described each of the instances in your post after reveiwing our notes, emails and phone logs, but I fully empathize with the frustration you were feeling.  

Of course logging on here daily is an excellent on going part of our strategy as well.
