What resource have you found that is the best way to monitor your credit scores without obligation, spam, and preferrably for free?

As an out-of-state investor, communication and being clear on expectations are key when you aren't there to monitor everyday activities.

For example a roof might be a "25 year roof" but if you monitor and do repairs you could really expect to get 30-40 year out of it and with roofs being expensive its cost effective to do that.

But it can be monitored by data analysis.

You could chance it and if you get called out you will have to change it back or just leave it as is and set up a joint checking acct. with the current owner and pay from there so he can monitor the activity and know that the bills are being paid on time.
