Believe me, I'm not defending the rich and think they probably should pay an outsized portion of taxes, but you cross a line when it becomes a primary idea that if we kill enough rich people then poor people's lives will be better.

The real problem for me is that when I go to sue, I feel like I actually need his address when I put him down as the defendant, at the very least so that the sheriff could serve him.

I saw a case in small claims that had the plaintiff (property manager) was evicting the defendant (the tenant) over a discharged firearm.

Even if someone breaks into your house, it is more likely the weapon will be stolen or used against you, than it is likely you will use it to defend yourself.I am not sure any of this matters relative to the original post, but interesting none the less.
